I’m delighted to share the menu design I crafted for De Aardige Pers (Saman), Amsterdam’s first Persian cuisine restaurant established in 1998. This trilingual menu, in Persian, English, and Dutch, spans 42 pages. Rooted in Persian culinary traditions, the design incorporates traditional elements and the brand’s vibrant colors, offering a visually appealing and culturally rich experience that reflects the essence of De Aardige Pers.
